The application procedure for membership are as follows.
1. Complete the membership application form。
2. Submit the following documents together with the application form：
- Photocopy of applicant's ID card or passport；
- A 2 inch x 1.5 inch photo (write the applicant's name on the back of the photo)；
- A copy of the applicant’s academic qualifications, professional qualifications and work experience certificates；
- A cheque for the one-year membership fee payable to "Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers"
3. Hong Kong Institute of Certified Property Managers reserves the final right to accept or reject individual membership applications without any explanation.
